Grapevine on your phone

Grapevine for Business is for reviewing applicants and chatting on the go. It isn't in the App Store or Google Play yet, and so far has only been built for Android.
What you can do
- Jobs: pause, reopen or close a job. Closing asks Did you fill the position?
- Applicants: filter by Active, Hired, Declined or Withdrawn and open a profile.
- Move an applicant to Under review, Shortlist, Contact, Hire or Decline.
- Unlock contact details for one credit.
- Chat with applicants.
- Report applicant if something is wrong.
Your role decides what's offered. Reviewers and above move applicants. Approvers and above unlock contacts and manage jobs.
What stays on the portal
Creating a business, posting a job, buying credits and managing the team. With too few credits the app says Not enough credits and sends you to the portal to top up.
Sign in
- Enter your Work email and choose Email me a code.
- Enter the 6-digit code. It expires in 10 minutes.
- Choose Sign in. Send a new code if it doesn't arrive.
There is no password. If you belong to several businesses, use Switch business in Settings.
Lock the app
In Settings, turn on Require biometric unlock to ask for your fingerprint, face or device PIN when the app opens.
