Create your business

You set up your business on the web, in the business portal. The Grapevine business app can't create a business; set it up here first, then sign in on your phone.

Sign in

Go to portal.grapevinenetwork.com.au and sign in with your email address. If you don't have a business yet, the portal opens Welcome to Grapevine.

Set up in four steps

  1. Find Your Business. Type your business into Search for your business and pick it from the Google Maps results.
  2. Set Up Your Account. Check the Business Name and Account URL. Both are filled in from the place you picked. You can change the name later, but not the account URL.
  3. Tell Us About Your Business. Choose an Industry and, if you like, add a short company description.
  4. Review & Confirm. Check the details, tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy on behalf of the business, and choose Create Business.

Your dashboard opens next. Your business's name, address and photos come from Google; Re-import on your business page fetches them again.

If someone has already claimed your business on Grapevine, you can't add it again. If you think that's wrong, contact support.

What it costs

Creating a business is free. You spend credits only when you unlock an applicant's contact details: one credit per applicant, per job.

More than one business?

Open the business menu, then Add New Business. Switch business moves between them.
